Shampoo & cut with Ellie: professional and quick. Ellie did exactly what I asked her to, and add some suggestions to make my cut look even better.

Took 3 attempts at my colour, resulting in many hours spent in the salon. Had to go to another salon a few days later to have my colour completely redone in order to get it sorted. Not happy as the whole thing has cost me over £300!
