Welcoming but informal to be point of being a bit offhand (no record of my appointment, no check having been made of online appointments). A very pleasant member of staff cut my hair very well - I was very happy with it.

I love coming here- the location is interesting and very handy just behind Oxford St. The salon is bright and airy with an atmosphere of friendly elegance. The staff are very polite and welcoming. The stylists are very helpful, skilled and creative. Just the booking system seems a bit odd and you keep getting reminders before the appointment- maybe that reflects the lack of reliability in customers ?
