It was an ok experience, but not great. Hairdressers are really nice people, however not too bothered about clients. I bought an offer of £99 for T-section highlights and a cut, which could have been good value but I was charged extra £25 for a toner (which they said was "needed"), and they tried to upsell me to get half-head highlights for extra £40! So overall it didn't feel cheap at all.
