I originally chose this hairdresser as it is a prime location, great lighting, and fantastic reviews. I got there and I felt somewhat of an imposition, which seemed unusual given the amazing reviews about friendliness. Things such as not greeting me and continuing their conversation at the counter, no eye contact when speaking to me at the counter, and someone talking to the junior staff about me as a customer as "she"... rather than just including me in the conversation since I was in earshot. The hairdresser herself was lovely, friendly, and finished my hair in an hour. Perhaps I was unfortunate to go at a busy time and staff were too stressed to provide good customer service. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming amount of competition in central London and feeling distinctly unwelcome, with an average haircut, I won't be returning.
