I had a great visit - the person I had booked was no longer available so I had a senior stylist for same price! Looked fab
Beautiful salon and friendly staff but my low rating is purely based on my blow-dry. You may possibly get less experienced staff if you book through Treatwell or maybe I had a one off bad experience. Either way the quality of my blow dry was bad, such that I came in with a frizzy mess and left with hair just as bad if not worse (as it was rough dried too much, so much that any attempt for a smooth blow dry was too late and it then turned into a huge ball of frizz). I may have frizzy, wavy and traditionally difficult hair but I've never had a blow dry like this.

The staff and salon were lovely, I just wasn't super pleased with how my haircut turned out. Probably just an issue with communication - apart form that the whole experience was great.
Ladies' Haircuts
Very, very junior stylist who tried her best but was quite inexperienced compared to other stylists I have been to- unfortunately not sure this was worth the money or the effort it took to get there
