Really friendly staff. Bora was great the blow dry lasted for afew days. Really lovely salon - very relaxing. I will definitely be going back again!
Blow Dry
Really nice salon and very quiet on the weekend so restful experiences. Had a lovely hairdresser Rebecca who listened to exactly what I was thinking and sorted me out a gorgeous colour.
Hair Colouring
The staff were lovely unfortunately the haircut was not. Despite being cut by one of the directors and giving a picture of what I wanted, I have ended up looking like the love child of Joan of Arc and an Umpa Lumpa!
My hair is curly and I was quite specific I wanted it a lot longer at the front, even whilst it was being cut I asked for it to be shorter at the back as it was looking the same length all the way round.I'm so disappointed I'm going to have it cut again somewhere else as I just can't make it look nice.
I am really sorry as the staff were just so lovely.
Ladies' Haircuts
I had to wait 45 minutes before the hairdresser saw me. The lady who met me at the desk didn't bother to tell me anything, nobody did for 25 mins.
The hairdresser did apologise and I can understand that appointment times aren't always kept but they didn't handle it well at all.
Anyway, my haircuts was very nice as was the hairdresser . The other hairdressers seemed to be giggling and messing about a bit but generally it was a nice salon. I overheard another lady tell her hairdresser how amazing he was and she was very happy indeed.
It was all tip top except the hairdressers did not know I had prepaid. Otherwise it was fab. Than you for saving me money. Best Kate
