Lovely service from the salon and very happy with my blow dry

Was disappointed with the service, they didn’t ask to put away my jacket or offer a drink (I could see they had to several other clients). I ended up with hair all over on my jacket. I also couldn’t tell when the appointment was finished to thank Angela, she sort of just left! Also, while the cut itself was ok, I felt a bit talked out of what I was originally thinking. Don’t hate what I ended up with but don’t love it or feel like this was a treat, as hoped. Unfortunate!
