Super friendly and welcoming even though I was there for just a quick fringe trim and all the other customers seemed really happy and were treated with a personal touch. My fringe is important to me as a bad one can take ages to grow out but I am really happy with this fringe, I was asked how I liked it and it was cut based on my preference. Thank You! I usually get my haircut at home home, but will be coming back if I need a trim in London
