Last haircut was really good. Don’t know what happened this time. Probably one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received. Looks absolutely dreadful. Have to now wait for my hair to grow back till it can be fixed somewhere else. Won’t be going back unfortunately.

I really enjoyed my first haircut and conditioning treatment. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and Andy was running a bit behind schedule. The staff apologized for the 20 minute wait and I really didn't mind. All of the customers and staff were really friendly and just having a nice chat. The shampoo and treatment were wonderful. Andy asked what I wanted in my haircut and I gave him one criteria " to be able to pull it into a ponytail'. He decided to give me a shoulder length cut with about 13cm off the ends. He asked more than once before cutting and I assured him it was good. He said he wanted it shorter so I would be inspired to wear it down more often. Felt like a new person walking out of the salon with my new lighter haircut. Two thumbs up!! Would definitley recommend Andy to a friend but would not book on a day I was in a rush to another appointment because the salon is quite busy.
