I really enjoyed my first haircut and conditioning treatment. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and Andy was running a bit behind schedule. The staff apologized for the 20 minute wait and I really didn't mind. All of the customers and staff were really friendly and just having a nice chat. The shampoo and treatment were wonderful. Andy asked what I wanted in my haircut and I gave him one criteria " to be able to pull it into a ponytail'. He decided to give me a shoulder length cut with about 13cm off the ends. He asked more than once before cutting and I assured him it was good. He said he wanted it shorter so I would be inspired to wear it down more often. Felt like a new person walking out of the salon with my new lighter haircut. Two thumbs up!! Would definitley recommend Andy to a friend but would not book on a day I was in a rush to another appointment because the salon is quite busy.
