This was my second time getting my hair cut at this salon and there was a big difference in my two experiences. The first time it was very welcoming, I was offered a drink and given a luxurious shampoo. This time it was rushed and I wasn’t offered a coffee until an after thought while the cut was already started. The stylist asked me what I wanted then spoke over me and argued with my request, not even giving e a chance to finish a sentence.

The waxing here is one of the best experiences I’ve had with it, I got a Hollywood wax and felt super comfortable right off the bat and she did a great job, quick and very experienced. Already recommended to a friend who also had a great experience!
