There was a confusion with my booking and although it was Treatwell’s fault, they were very accommodating and resolved the issue. I am very happy with my highlights and haircut, all down to Andy who understood exactly what I wanted and executed perfectly. Definitely recommend!

My stylist was friendly and I liked my haircut but I found the salon a bit small and cramped, not quite as nice as on the pictures. Two people waited a while to be seen even though they had pre-booked appointments. I also felt a bit uncomfortable about my treatwell discount as they checked the amount a few times as if it wasn’t right. I’m sure you could have a nice experience there, perhaps I just caught them on an off day.

Zizi is great. She makes you feel very relaxed and at ease. I am particularly sensitive and she is very patient to make sure I am comfortable.
