Very relaxing! I’d never had reflexology or acupuncture before, and found the acupuncture in particular to be really nice for relaxation
Reflexology
This was my second time at this treatment centre and the experience was just as good as the first. My massage therapist was running slightly behind schedule so while I waited, I was gifted a free (and honestly the best I’ve ever had) head and neck massage. I booked deep tissue and acupuncture. Was kept really nice and warm (this was a stormy day so they made extra effort to keep the room warm and myself comfy). Second time having acupuncture and I’ll definitely be booking for a third time soon.
