I booked very last minute as I was in the area. Amy was fantastic. She was great at slowing me down and out of the craziness of life right at the start so I could get the most from the experience. I felt like she cared that I take the time to look after myself. The pace of the massage was excellent and just what I needed having had a big physical challenge a week before: I thought I was recovered but I left feeling lighter than air! Luckily, it is close to where I work, so I'll be back!
