Very firm massage, asked for gentle and still had to ask for softer as the pressure was still too much. Not necessarily the most comfortable all the time but sure that’s a reflection of where my muscles were very tight and needed to be worked on. Was a very tailored treatment which I appreciated and felt like the therapist really knew what she was doing, a little sore after but sure has helped overall.
