I had a pleasant experience here. The massage is very firm and strong, however I was always asked if the pressure was too much or if I was okay with it. It was my first time having reflexology and they let me know what to expect. My back was a little tender the next day - but I requested a firm massage - but I feel so much better now! I would definitely recommend this - but let them know how firm you want your massage!

I had the an extremely cricked neck and booked a massage to try to increase movement and ease the pain. Although the treatment room isn’t very quiet (you can hear the road and neighbours) I didn’t mind as the massage was so excellent.
Therapeutic Massage
Good massage - a bit painful but really worked the muscles well, I’d say it was more of a deep tissue massage. The staff were very lovely and friendly. It is a bit noisy if other customers are coming in and out as you can hear them from your room.
