Back, Neck & Shoulders Massage
I initially booked a relaxing massage but the therapist suggested a deep tissue as I have an ongoing hip issue. It was exactly the right idea! The massage was excellent, relieved the pain & also pinpointed that the issue was coming from my back. I felt so relaxed (and sleepy!) that I went to bed early that evening. However the therapy room I was put in was a bit underwhelming. It was in the basement and felt damp. However the massage and staff made up for it. I would go again though!
