Been coming here for years- even after I moved to SE16. This man fixed my asthma so I could run in the winter and it was a physio who recommended the deep tissue massage here. No whale music, no blonde receptionist, no artful candles, just intensive targeted massage that dissolves knots and liberates muscles. Whole place reassuringly devoid of slick customer service shmooze, but full of genuine care.
I highly recommend this place. I had the massage on this occasion and I found the therapist very thorough in making sure all my knots where removed before I left. As it's good value for money, I wouldn't go anywhere now as I always feel amazing after.
I normally get cupping done here and I could not recommend enough. It's great for circulation and pulling knots out. It feels a little weird at first obviously but it's not painful and the marks only last a few days. When I first got it done my marks were a deep red colour but because I've been a few times are now pretty clear and I have lots more energy.
The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL! Ambience leaves a little to be desired.

Massage was great and just what I needed after coming off a long haul flight. I like really firm massages and this was perfect. It was a full body massage and I would maybe have liked a bit more attention paid to my legs but other than that it was great.
