I've had a few lash lifts that didn't really work in the past (although mostly they've been great) so I'm always a bit concerned when trying someone new. The therapist seemed annoyed when I mentioned that I was worried and when I asked if the shields were close enough. Although there was a very slight difference it's barely noticeable and I will now have to pay again for someone to do it properly and wait so I won't damage my lashes. Disappointing.
