Not good. My eyebrows were threaded too thin despite several requests only for a tidy up. They are uneven - I had to get them reshaped 2 days later. Not a great customer experience because several treatments are being done by the same person at once which makes it all feel a bit random. Overall disappointing and a rip off for the price
