She removed the cuticles which was not included in the Treatwell price and then charged me for it. With nail varnish removal it came to £18 extra!!! I felt like I was ripped off.

Chanda was great, super nice beautician and I was really impressed with lash lift! Have had some in the past that have made my eyes water severely and this wasn'tthe case with chanda. Really pleased and will be back.
