Staff are very rude and show that it’s an issue to go out of their way for you. I felt uncomfortable when I got my Hollywood wax. This is down the road from me but I will not be going back, which is a massive shame.

Nails are lovely, v happy one of the girls was a bit rough when filing tho and made my fingers bleed which was not so good!
