They seemed a little surprised whwn i arrived so not sure how they get notifications via this method but nebertheless i was seen as soon as someone was free and explained there woukd be a short wait. Pedi was great mostly but no moisturizer applied which was a shame as my feet were dry. That being said the rest was great and ill definitely use them again.

The worst beauty experience I've ever had, and I'm not one to complain.
My HD brows turned out to just be a tint and a wax- it ripped my skin and has left me with sores. Eyebrows also needed to be re-plucked and trimmed once I was home. We tried a bikini wax too but the area wasn't prepared, just stuck the wax on and ripped it clean off. It was so painful I couldn't go through with it (and I'm a regular waxer!)
After three days I'm still red raw where she waxed it. The towel she gave me was covered in weird marks and slime. Eyebrows are burnt and in a lot of pain, they don't look good either.
Seriously, please be careful.
