The treatment room was too small, the bed was in the middle of the room diagonally and the products were in the opposite corner to the door. So every time she wanted to get products or work on the other side she had to move round me which meant she would knock into the bed.
You could also still hear all of the sounds from passing people outside, as well as being visibld to other staff when she left the room as she left the door to slowly close on its own.
This was my first "full" body exfoliation, so I was a bit surprised when my neck, face nor stomach got exfoliated.

Not very welcoming overall but a lovely massage and had gel nails removed which was quick. Convenient for me. In a good location. Treatment room a bit cold but the hot stones warmed me up and the lady kept checking I was ok. Good pressure and had a full hour. Out in the salon no one tends to talk much and it's all a bit unfriendly. However, I would go back for another massage and would definitely use gel removal again.
