Booked an appointment for my mum to have a deep cleansing facial and she really enjoyed it. It was busy when we arrived (it's quite a narrow shop front), but she told me the therapist was really friendly and her skin was lovely and glowing when I went to pick her up.

Despite me changing my appointment, twice, any still turning up at the wrong time, the girls fitted me in and honoured my PayPal payment.
brilliant service and customer care, i chipped my nails when they were still drying and they technician kindly and patiently removed the varnish and painted 3 nails again for me. will def be using again :):):)
