There was a new lady who was training and it took a very long time to take nails off and put a new set on. The other ladies had clients in and out twice in the same time. There seemed to be lots of staff standing around and others practicing on their colleagues meanwhile I still had the least confident person paying for a qualified quality set of nails. I have never had a problem with this company however they put this poor employee in a position where she did not know what she was doing confidently
