I've asked for deep tissue massage but, I think, it's not their profile. They agreed to do it but I received a normal gentle massage instead. Definitely, it was not what I asked for. Also, the room was pretty cold. In addition, the first time I made an appointment, the staff left earlier and didn't warn me. I came for the appointment, but nobody was there. They didn't offer a discount as an apology for the inconvenience.

Not welcoming. Looked annoyed I had booked the appointment. The lady who did my pedicure left and even though I sat there for 20 mins and nails were dry they asked me to wait for the lady 10 mins because she had gone on her break.
