Shellac coat not well applied (on top of some skin as well). Pedicure and manicure set not included, very rough nail file. Nails not filed evenly. Attention of stylist often distracted and not focused on me as a costumer.

I wasn’t seen by Manisha but foisted off on a lovely but obviously junior therapist who destroyed my nail beds. The place is chaotic, dirty, and the samples are all broken. They charged me extra for the equipment (£1, but seriously at £40 a manicure you can afford to include it in the price), and they also tried to charge me for an extra “hand treatment” (!!!). I would’ve dealt, the nail colour looked lush and nail beds heal, but my “shellac” has lasted all of two days. :/

Unfortunately the experience with booking at Angel through treatwell was very poor. There was only one person at the time i arrived and i only started the treatment 30m later. Also the colour options were very limited and in order to find the right colour number bottle we spend another 15m as it was messy.

They didn't know about the appointment and the gel nails was destroyed from the 2nd day
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
I went to my appointment and there was a queue of people waiting for eyebrow threading, there was one woman working and about 4 people in front of me waiting. I waited by the counter and there was no acknowledgement I was there or any communication from the employee. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes before I decided to leave considering the queue had moved up one person and still no interaction had occurred between anyone. So I have had neither treatment and no customer service.
