I pre-paid for my treat as per their company policy. However due to the government putting the date for eyebrows back, my appointment back, this appointment was cancelled by them.
CAUTION, I have been unable to get my money back despite sending three emails and ringing. Unless we get to a position when we can walk in again please DO NOT pre-pay.
The salon has moved! No longer is it a shop but it’s a booth in the middle of a walkway in the shopping centre about a 2 minute walk from the salon’s previous location. It is only by chance that I had walked past the booth and realised it had moved, otherwise I would have thought the salon had closed down! I arrived and the staff didn’t even know that I had booked through Treatwell which was disappointing. The threading itself was good, but the staff seemed totally uninterested in my business.
