I had a good underarm wax but my leg wax missed a few patches and there was a bit of wax left on my legs afterwards. Unfortunately my therapist filed down the skin on my toe during my pedicure, which made it bleed and my nail polish wasn’t fully allowed to dry so it smudged soon after. All in all, an ok experience but not the best.

Had a spa pedicure which was quite pricy at £47. My toenails were cut extremely short and round not how I normally have them. Although I had an appointment to eyebrows done as well had to wait whilst walk ins were served. I don't feel it is that clean, don't think I will be returning.

The pedicure was good, but it started nearly 30 minutes late because they were short staffed, and my Beautician kept leaving me to go answer the phone and check people in. Once was fine, but it kept happening over and over, I was in there nearly 2 hours.

Somehow the stuff got in my eye and was a painful problem for a few days. Quite dark for “medium”. Quite unclear about how the “description” from Treatwell relates to what actually happens in the salon - three people spoke to me/over me.
