I had a good toe nail paint.
However at my previous visit for heel treatment the staff member buffed my ankles leaving sore red scabs.
When I returned to explain what had happened I was told that ‘we don’t touch the ankles during this treatment’ which made me feel accused of lying. She had definitely done this while commenting how dry my skin was.
Their solution was to give me £8 off my toe polish & a tube of germaline. I wasn’t too happy with this.

Manisha did an excellent job threading my eyebrows. However, I wasn’t a fan of the upselling by the manager for extra products, I did leave with 2 items which so far have actually worked very well but it did feel pushy as he would not tell me the price of products before entering the amount in to the card reader
