Don’t book through Treatwell. I paid two pounds more for the eyebrows threading at the salon.

It was a good experience overall and I'm happy with my eyebrows but I was overcharged (had to pay £8) and I had gone in expecting to pay £6, which seems the more reasonable price for the 10 minute service. There was apparently a mistake on treatwell, but generally if a service is listed as a certain price, that is the price I am expecting (and willing) to pay. I would give 4 stars, all of this considered, but I felt a little swarmed when all the beauticians were telling me that I was wrong.

I wanted to reschedule 24 hours ahead and there were no appointments available in 2024 - so my money has been taken without any treatment completed

Friendly ladies and helpful. However, I was not happy with the treatment I've received, materials for nails shellac seemed to be poor quality and nails did not even last a week. Definitely not worthy the 31£ paid for it. I would not recommend it.
