Booked a hot wax for eyebrows and upper lip, only to be told (while sitting in the chair) that this service is no longer offered, yet remains bookable online. I had to choose between alternatives, and I opted for lycon wax at an extra cost (they do not honour what you've booked and paid for). The technician applied wax nowhere near the brow line before switching to threading most of it. Misleading booking system, poor service, and overpriced. What a shame.

This salon is dishonest in its pricing. I booked a wax that was listed at £36. When I arrived for the service, they waited until I was naked on the waxing table to try and extort more money from me - they told me I needed to give them an extra £10 or they would not proceed with the service I had booked. The situation felt creepy and weird and fraudulent and extortionate; they were also simply incredibly unprofessional. They need to respect their customers and honor their listed pricing.
