Friendly staff - but the technician didn’t seem to be paying attention when I talked through the shape and length I wanted - and then the manicure itself was quite slapdash. You can see the mismatched tones of BIAB under the gel polish.

Unpleasant surprise at the outset, the salon redefined what Brazilian Waxing means and wouldn't do the backside, unless I upgraded to Hollywood (+£10). The beautician did a great job.
