It was the end of the day on a Sunday, so staff were in unwind mode and so a little chaotic. But Ramona did a great job and cheerfully stayed the little extra time it took.

Whilst the treatment itself was very good, especially for the price, there was definitely no effort made by staff to make you feel welcome or at ease. It was incredibly busy and rather hectic but it did not stop my beautician doing a great job on my eyebrows, despite the fact that she just told me to sit back, hold my skin taut, and then proceeded to go at my face without consulting me on shape or anything.
For the price, I am definitely not complaining but in future I may go somewhere that leaves me feeling less stressed after a treatment.

I had to wait over 1/2 hour for treatment as there was no room available as previous client was late. But when room became free there were other treatment rooms available and empty.
I approached the manager about this but was directed back to the therapist as he didn't want to get involved.

I've already had 3 waxing sessions at the Angel and everything went great. This is by far the fastest waxing treatment (Brazilian + half leg) I've ever had - under 20 mins max. Clean, thorough job and friendly service.
