Everything and everyone were great except for the guy in charge. He put me off so much i was about to leave. It was lucky that one of the ladies who works there decided to talk to me instead. I think the guy was the manager. I had booked an appointment at 6 but there was no option here to book with some specific. I knew exactly who i wanted to get my treatment by. I told the manager this and he said she's busy with someone else. Fair enough. I asked how long would it be? He looked at his book, squeezing his nose, twisting his face and said 20 minutes. So i said, okay so if i come back in 30 mins she should be free right? And he looks at the book, does the same face. I reminded him 30 mins is longer than 20 mins so it should be okay and then he agreed. There was no one ready at 6 anyway to do my treatment. Anyway when i came back at 6.30, my lady still wasn't free. So i agreed to have it done by someone else. Then he started reciting to me what i was having done and it was all wrong. Lucky i had my confirmation email to show him. I was about to leave then because it was like 6 45 by that time. Then a lady doing someone's eyebrows took charge and spoke to me; and within 5 mins got me the lady i wanted my treatment. Staff make and the treatments are great. The manager is not. And he has the cheek to say to me at the end in a weird way, "next time make sure you book in with us so we can avoid all this". Like, no!! I've made treatwell booking before where i can choose who i have my treatment with. So you guys upgrade your settings!!
