I had to wait long time to be served, I got there at the opening time which was my appointment time, was told by who I think is the owner that I had to wait around 10 minutes for the wax to heat up, new costumes walking in and being served first than me, staff was just looking to me now and then, nobody dared to come to me and say something, like an apology or whatever. Ended up waiting 40 minutes, until someone dared and came to ask me what was I doing lol what a joke. Anyway, got inside, the lady was quite nice actually, felt like they were trying to save on wax, it ended up in a not good waxing, felt more like shaving because you could still feel the hair growing. Anyway, want a kick fix for cheaper price? Go there! If you are looking for something good, I wouldn't recommend!
The appointment did not show on their system, which might have been Treatwell's fault. I showed up at 9am for a Brazilian wax and they just opened and told me that I would have to wait 20 min as they didn't know that there was an appointment and needed to heat the wax.
The wax was burning hot. I asked to lower the heat, which the esthetician did but I still got burnt. I now have a burn mark that hurts and doesn't look so good. She drew a tiny hair line instead of a triangle that I asked for and didn't even center it so it looks ridiculous. In addition, I have lots of hair left here and there.

Firstly, they didn't even use the appropriate tools for acrylic nails. They had no electric files and did it all by hand which took TWO AND A HALF HOURS. It was supposed to be a one hour appointment.
She started off by jabbing my cuticles back which was extremely painful, but I held back thinking that it would be over soon.
She then started sanding my nails and fingers down which lead to one of my fingers starting to bleed. She was either pretending not to notice or so oblivious she didn't notice. By this point I was thinking things can't get worse. Bearing in mind it was difficult to complain because she didn't speak English.
She then starting putting on the acrylic paste - things got really bad here. She put so much on my nails that they were like uneven bulbous claws. I'd mentally given up by this point and realised I would simply have to pay to get them fixed somewhere else.
During this process she didn't have a problem talking to the other staff in a foreign language which made me quite uncomfortable. Her colleague also seemed to like leering over us, I have no idea why but this also made me uncomfortable.
I was then left to dry my nails and mid way through got moved and had to sit on a pedicure chair with the dryer on my lap.
It then came to paying and she got her colleague who spoke a little English to try and understand that I had already paid. They seemed to have no idea what treatwell even was and were hassling me for a receipt and proof that I had in fact paid.
I can only laugh at what a horrendous experience this was, and I can only hope that it closes down swiftly to save others.
it was great
the only downside is it was very busy and my therapist was asked every so often if we are done because there are other customers waititng, this put me off and couldnt relax
