The staff were so friendly and really made you feel comfortable, they were quick and professional. I decided to have another treatment while I was there and they managed to fit me in straight away. It was really good value for money. I will definitely be going back!

I already came with shellac nail polish so had to have it removed from my nails, a lady came and started filing the nail polish and was occasionally catching my cuticles which was very painful! Told her to be more careful but she kept doing it again and again! Also she couldn't remove the shellac completely and left my nails in a really bad shape. Never asked if I wanted to have my cuticles removed. And the equipment they use is not sanitised in the slightest, a file that has been used 1000 times over, had nail polish stains on it, absolutely disgusting. After I have been clearly unhappy with the removal a different lady came to do the manicure, when I asked if I can have two colours, not even any fancy pattern I was told they only do one and can pick which one I like best (a thought crossed my mind that I can do that myself at home and save the £20 but kept quiet, didn't want to be rude). Then she put the shellac which got burnt/boiled in the uv lamp and left some stain-like pattern on most of my nails, the beautician only said it will get smoother with next layer but it didn't. This is such a basic service and was a massive fail. There was also one more thing that I found particularly annoying is that the ladies working there were Indian/Asian and were not speaking English between themselves which is extremely rude, they could well be talking crap about me or other customers without us knowing. It is very unprofessional. I do not recommend them.
Treatwell as a booking website works great but that salon was a mistake, biggest issue is that it's filthy!
Price was good but they charged me a normal price anyway and I was supposed to have a 10% discount from Treatwell.

I AM LEFT WITH HORRIFIC BRUISING AND BROKEN SKIN
In addition to those treatments above I asked for underarm waxing and shellac pedicure. Now 2 days later my underarms and bikini line are swollen and visibly bruised, with broken skin. My legs were so badly waxed I have patches of hair left and the wax so badly removed I was covered in patches of it that I had to scrub off. Even my knees have bruises!
The manicure and pedicure went well, and the nails are nicely done. The eyelash tint seems to have done nothing at all, but I have fairly dark lashes anyway. The eyebrow wax I like.
The salon is OK - over crowded, not the cleanest (towels not cleaned between waxing appointments, only the paper on top, foot spas not the cleaned well), and the order of appointments for multiple treatments not well thought out
I will never get a eax here again - I just hope my bruises fade before I go on holiday
