When I arrived, the salon had no record of my treat well booking and I had to persuade them I did have a booking and show email to prove this.
The massage was one of the worst of my life and the salon was dingy and dirty upstairs where they do the massages. I lay there for the duration of the massage uncomfortably hoping it was going to end soon.
I would never come back here. I was told the toilets are for staff use only when I asked to use them and I should go elsewhere in the shopping centre to go to the toilet.

They made an error with my online booking. Somehow, the Treatwell appointment did not enter their manual booking system. It was a hassle to convince them that I had an appointment.

I had to wait long time to be served, I got there at the opening time which was my appointment time, was told by who I think is the owner that I had to wait around 10 minutes for the wax to heat up, new costumes walking in and being served first than me, staff was just looking to me now and then, nobody dared to come to me and say something, like an apology or whatever. Ended up waiting 40 minutes, until someone dared and came to ask me what was I doing lol what a joke. Anyway, got inside, the lady was quite nice actually, felt like they were trying to save on wax, it ended up in a not good waxing, felt more like shaving because you could still feel the hair growing. Anyway, want a kick fix for cheaper price? Go there! If you are looking for something good, I wouldn't recommend!
