I AM LEFT WITH HORRIFIC BRUISING AND BROKEN SKIN
In addition to those treatments above I asked for underarm waxing and shellac pedicure. Now 2 days later my underarms and bikini line are swollen and visibly bruised, with broken skin. My legs were so badly waxed I have patches of hair left and the wax so badly removed I was covered in patches of it that I had to scrub off. Even my knees have bruises!
The manicure and pedicure went well, and the nails are nicely done. The eyelash tint seems to have done nothing at all, but I have fairly dark lashes anyway. The eyebrow wax I like.
The salon is OK - over crowded, not the cleanest (towels not cleaned between waxing appointments, only the paper on top, foot spas not the cleaned well), and the order of appointments for multiple treatments not well thought out
I will never get a eax here again - I just hope my bruises fade before I go on holiday

I had a booking for a mini pedicure but I decided to upgrade to a full one. Gemma took care of me and she was really nice and friendly as was the guy that runs the business.

Probably the worst gel manicure I have ever had. The place was dirty, overcrowded, the booking was late and customer service wasn't great. I gave it 2 stars because the lady who did my nails was nice. I won't be coming back!
