I booked the Hollywood Waxing treatment for Tea Tree and Hot Wax but when I turned up for my appointment they told me that they couldn't offer me Hot Wax as that is worth £40 rather than the Tea Tree Soft Wax which is £25; and therefore I would have to pay an extra £15. I didn't want to do this and so the staff kindly offered to let me have a deep bikini line hot wax (worth £20) and then have my eyebrows threaded to make up the extra £5. Although this isn't what I thought I had booked in for, I was pleased with the outcome. Just be careful to check that what is advertised is actually what you will receive.

Very interesting experience being in a place where no one cares about you (waited for good 20mins, even though I had an appointment), half the people don't "know" what they're doing, but do it anyway (had 3-4 people on me during my appt) and everyone is absolutely clueless. The only thing I noticed that was going smoothly, were the eyebrow appointments. My nail job in the end was ok, but the nail polish was not dried properly and I damaged it as soon as I left the store, as I couldn't touch anything. Wasn't the worst experience, but would not do it again.

The woman that did the wax was lovely and chatty, but the place itself seemed a little unprofessional. Lots of people milling about, and they seemed surprised that I was there - also they had the wrong information about my treatment down, but were very happy to sort it out when I told them.
Super busy and disorganised venue, they constantly try to change you extra for something, it really does not make you feel relaxed at all. The lady did not know whether she was using the lycon wax or the strip one as someone mislabelled the pots. Final result was fine but for the price you can find a venue where they don't make you feel this uncomfortable.
