I was not happy with the lady removing my shellac, it took SO long to take it off and she didn't speak good english so couldn't understand what I was saying. The lady in charge of the salon tried to help by swtiching to a different technician and was very kind about it.
They used to have a few really good technicians but not sure if they have moved now. Used to be really great value for money.

Good service but they had no record of my booking so was treated by a different person than the one I booked with

Eyelashes have fallen out in one week, the shellac peeled off on by my own and mothers nails genuine staff however not impressed with their services. I wouldn’t even want to come back to get the repairs as it’s a waste of time considering the products. Lady also filed my nails down so much that the gel burned throughout the treatment.
