Appointment was booked for 1pm but I didn't get my facial until 1.30pm as staff were 'busy'. Lady who did my facial was very polite and apologetic but inexperienced. She couldn't get the steamer to work and had to fiddle with it a lot. Loud radio music blasting in the treatment room. Could hear the gym from next door and the sound of weights banging. Not a relaxinf experience at all, not recommended!

The quality of the shellac paint on the nails wasn’t great, and came out to be quite streaky. However I have to give props to the nail technician who did my nails as I was unhappy with the first attempt and she happily re-did them.
