I was left with wax still.in places when I got there there was a lady shouting that she wanted a refund the wax was very hot

I have been overcharged there and the quality of the nails is bad.
I prepay for gel nails and nails removed.£55. In salon I was inform that removing will cost me extra £6. Fine. Instead of gel
Nails we did acrylic nailseith one colour. Acrylic nails are over £10 cheaper then gel one but I still was asked for £6. My nails were over filed so I felt pain even two days after a visit. Colour is nice but some of the nails are too much files on the side. Poor job. I do not recommend.
