Acceptable service...was surprised they don't supply wet wipes before intimate waxing, it's nice to just double check you're clean even thought I shower just before heading to the appointment. Apart from that everything was as expected 👌

Got shellack done and the employee asked me if I wanted her to include work my cuticles for £5 more to which I agreed. She was so rough with my cuticles that they bled and are now bruised on two fingers. I thought it was hurting a bit more than usual but now looking at the two bloody cuticles 4 days after on my fingers. I’ll never go back there.
