Even though my appointment was in their diary, I was made to feel like I was a bit of an inconvenience. Wouldn’t go back I’m afraid.

I had my nails done by Magdalene and they were done very well and she was very nice. provided great service.
The woman who did my waxing/threading left a big cut on my face with the thread, I was disappointed because I had a job interview the next day and no amount of concealer could hide it . I noticed that another customer was complaining while I was there suggesting that the same beautician may have pushed down hard on her and was looking for compensation. The beautician was nice enough but I think requires some training and supervision while she learns the ropes.
