Awful awful awful. Left in the room with no instructions on how much to get undressed. No towels to cover myself with. No questions from therapist whether or not the pressure was okay - she squeezed my arms so hard I was in more pain after than before! No consultation at all about where I’d like her to focus or any problem areas. No towel to cover myself. Someone knocking on the door and I thought they were going to come in. Just any lack of care and customer service. Left weird black dots all over my skin and that wasn’t the oil. Never ever again.

My toes were cut too short. I wasn’t happy with that and I would have liked more scrubbing as my feet do not feel as soft as they usually do

Good location, nice venue, friendly staff. The massage alleviated the tension in my shoulders but was a little too firm for my liking. I expected calming music to be playing in the treatment room but that was lacking & meant I could hear voices in the salon at times. I would still use this salon again though.

Very nice saloon. Close to train station. Had my appointment on a Sunday, not busy at all. Was very scared of waxing but she made the whole experience feel nice and clean, and completely understood my tears :d. My shelac manicure was perfect. Very impressed by the cleanliness and ambience of the place. Although not cheap, still excellent value for money. Will book again.

My wax was great, and when they couldn't fit me in for my nails (because I had selected the wrong treatment online) they kindly offered to move me to the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to their other salon, in the whitgift centre, which isn't as nice and was out of my way. My nails look great but took a long time so I ended up smudging them a little as I couldn't wait for them to fully dry. Mostly great experience though.
