My booking was supposed to take 2 hours I was here for 4.5 hours. The staff were not aware that I had booked and paid and kept asking what treatments I was there for. Other customers who had appt were turned away.

Lovely, clean salon, could definitely do with some music playing in the background though. There was only one member of staff working and she was obviously running behind already, although I didn’t mind waiting and she was very nice and apologetic about it, but it meant she was having to rush around and answer phone/talk to walk in customers etc and so my treatment was very disjointed. Bearing in mind it was a Saturday, there should’ve been a second person working. The treatment was fine - I have very short nails at the moment and she did well doing a French pedi, it’s very tidy and will definitely look better when my nails are a bit longer. Couldn’t quite understand why she painted the pink completely over the white though, I’d hoped for the white bit to stay white as it looks much nicer that way (I’ll know to ask for that next time!). Will definitely be going back, but if you’re after a relaxing treatment and time to chill out, it probably isn’t the right place!
