My wax was great, and when they couldn't fit me in for my nails (because I had selected the wrong treatment online) they kindly offered to move me to the next day. Unfortunately I had to go to their other salon, in the whitgift centre, which isn't as nice and was out of my way. My nails look great but took a long time so I ended up smudging them a little as I couldn't wait for them to fully dry. Mostly great experience though.

Staff really friendly. I arrived early and they were able to fit me in without any issues. Treatment is great and good value.

Good spa pedicure. Second time visiting the salon. Both times however the towels on the manicure station have had nail clippings on from previous clients. This appointment was the first in the morning so the towels had been out since the day before.
