The lady who did my wax was great, thoughtful, friendly and ensured the wax was completely pain free. The process was also quicker than the times specified on the site which was great. Only real downsides are that you get a different person every time you go in and also if you don’t pay in advance on treatwell they charge you full price after the appointment

The furniture is falling apart, the bed had only one small towel covered in residue. No information beforehand about waxing (most places have you sign a form saying you aren't allergic to wax, etc.). I took one look at the disgusting bed and smelled burning wax and just walked out before I even undressed. Very unprofessional, and surprisingly costs just as much as a quality salon.
