Nice staff, good quality manicure. Was charged additionally for soak off and for using a credit card, which made my manicure very expensive. Other place that I've been to (also booked via Treatwell) offer soak off for free when you're doing a manicure

Cheapest I have found in Oxford. Last minute bookings keep me coming back but poor ambience and hygiene. Quality of wax changes each time. Some members of staff very good and some awful
