They did not give me what I asked I asked for individual eye lash extensions which I did not get
The staff seemed perfectly friendly and nice, although the salon was not at all clean. The room was a state when I arrived for my wax. It then proceeded to be the most uncomfortable, painful and generally worst waxing experience of my life. Upon leaving the salon I had to go home and change into baggy clothing and lather myself in aloe Vera. The wax also did not remove all the hair, so I had to go home and contact my usual lady (who is more expensive but clearly worth it) who has vey kidney agreed to fix the mess. I would not reccomebt

Had a hollywood waxing, this is my third time. Their hot wax is great, doesnt irritate the skin...very kind staff as well!

Booked pedicure with Paraffin wax - The back massage seat was not working properly as it kept turning off, nails were not filed properly and no foot massage was done. Just an okay service this time!!
