the service was very poor, it took over an hour to have my eyebrows done in the end and had 2 people do them as the girl who was doing them didn't know what she was doing even though I had an appointment, my eyebrows are way too dark for my hair colour and also I had colour left on my face and half of the lashes of come out already, absolute joke for the money you're paying

I had been to this place before, so I booked the appointment for 9, and the shop only opened then (probably Treatwell's booking system). I was asked to wait for the wax to be heated, so my treatment started at 9:30.
The lady was pleasant, but missed some obviously areas of hair and the wax was too hot - it left me with some burns and after 3 days, hair is already growing back.
I don't think I'll go again.

I love how the lady done my eyebrows and the colour of the tint it fits in really well with the shape. I got there way before my appointment time and I was amazed that I got seen before my appointment time! Very friendly lovely place. Will be going back their to have my eyebrows redone.
