The atmosphere was good however not everything was taken off even though I have had waxes like this before and all had been taken off. Wasn’t really able to understand what I asked. Cleanliness of parlour was very good. Took much longer than anticipated and more painful than I’ve had before even though it’s the same wax. Wax was left over on me. No advice on aftercare whatsoever, even though I’ve had it before, they didn’t know that, and didn’t advise me on what to do after.
