My appointment was at 12:30 and I wasn’t seen until 13:05 despite some technicians being available. At 12:55 they decided to start having cake and singing happy birthday to one of their colleagues despite being seriously behind in their appointments. My pedicure was fine but in my manicure you can see my entire nail under the colour powder and they try to charge extra for cuticle removal which you’d think would be included in the already expensive price. I will not be returning.

The lashes didn’t last more than 2 days. When complained they did another primitive one- they don’t have much choices. Do not explain or willing to listen. They just put what they have on your lashes. I have been doing lashes for the last 3 years. This is the worst experience. Don’t go and wast your money.

This was the worst massage I have ever had. I booked a back, neck, shoulders massage. My therapist made an honest mistake and thought it was head, neck, shoulders. Happily, we were able to clarify this before we started, and i also repeated myself during the session. So you can imagine my surprise when she kept going back to my head which was annoying and discomforting. She later insisted its not possible to book what i requested, so then I was fuming and had to show her my booking.
