when booked online it said the treatment was 36 however I was charged 46 in store. I was told this was because they used a different wax than stated on the website however that price should be reflected on the website. They said they provided a different service than what I had booked - which is not true and furthermore I did not ask for a different treatment. I was not given any refund or made to feel they were apologetic in any way.

First of all whole salon was dirty just like any of the indian looking salon . They charged me extra even though I haven’t added any extra services. My cuticle are completely damaged after the manicure.
This is first and last time visit in there .
