The service was quick, which was welcome in 30+ degree heat, but that meant it was not a thorough treatment. I'm used to being given a chance to check things, but she was applying lotion immediately after waxing sections, which meant there was no opportunity to identify and catch missed bits. I had to use an epilator the next day to remove substantial patches that had been missed.

Was not happy with my experience at all. From the get go I was constantly pestered into trying waxing instead of threading, and so were the others around me. I understand it may be better for some people but once I've said no thank you, please stop asking me.
My main issue was that my therapist was in a rush and cut the skin below my eyebrow. Fine, it happens time to time but she kept saying it's because I didn't wax and refused to just apologise. Overall, not very happy.
